BC Camplight

Brian Christinzio is the force behind the lo-fi indie rock moniker BC Camplight, who originally played live with members of The War on Drugs and appeared as a session piano player for Sharon Van Etten among other collaborations before nearly quitting music altogether while struggling with mental health issues, drugs, and alcohol addiction.
The native Philadelphian relocated to Manchester in 2012, where he recovered and recorded his critically acclaimed "Manchester Trilogy" albums, 2015’s "How To Die In The North", 2018’s "Deportation Blues" and 2019's "Shortly After Takeoff", which the Guardian called "A Masterpiece" and gave him his biggest chart success to date.
