WHAT'S ON AT THE VAUDEVILLE THEATRE, LONDON
The Vaudeville Theatre is the current home of the multi award winning hit musical SIX. Originally opening in 1870, the theatre gained its name by mostly showing Vaudeville shows and musical reviews. It has since been rebuilt twice with the current venue opening in 1926.
With a seating capacity of 690, the Vaudeville Theatre proudly boasts retaining early and rare stage mechanisms including thunder drums and lightening sheets, and the venue was protected in 1972 by becoming a Grade II listed building.
The Vaudeville Theatre was brought under the management of Nimax Theatres in 2005. It has a vast history of variety shows, musicals, plays, comedies, and dramas, such as Stomp!
