The Prince Of Wales Theatre is currently home to the 9 time Tony Award winner and 4 time Olivier winner musical, The Book Of Mormon! Part of The Delfont Mackintosh Theatre Group, the Prince Of Wales Theatre has a seating capacity of 1148.

The original Prince Of Wales Theatre opened in 1884 and mostly presented a series of French style revues, known as London's Folies Bergère. These took place until 1937 when the new theatre opened. World class stars such as Gracie Fields, Charlie Chaplin, Mae West and James Stewart performed at the Prince Of Wales, with the 1950’s bringing a decade of variety shows including stars such as Norman Wisdom, Bob Hope, and Morecombe and Wise.

The Prince Of Wales is a participating theatre in the Q-Park Theatreland parking scheme where you can get 50% off car parking after midday for 4 hours.

If you would like to buy a ticket in person from the Prince Of Wales Theatre Box Office, they are open from 2 hours 30 minutes before the start of the show, and until 15 minutes after curtain up.  The box office remains open between shows on matinee days.

Delfont Mackintosh Theatre's central box office for all 8 theatres is at the Sondheim Theatre, Shaftsbury Ave, and is open Monday - Friday noon - 6pm.

All of their theatre bars serve drinks and snacks (no hot food).

Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the performance.
