The Palace Theatre London has a grand location in London’s West End, dominating the intersection of Shaftesbury Avenue and Charing Cross Road. Home to Harry Potter And The Cursed Child, the Palace seats 1400 and opened its doors in 1891.
Originally built as The Royal English Opera House, it soon became a grand music hall, housing variety shows and screening films. It has continued to show the best that theatre has to offer, including The Marx Brothers, and long running shows such as The Sound Of Music, Jesus Christ Superstar, Spamalot, and Les Miserables which ran for 19 years before transferring.
