Trans Pride

Walthamstow Trades Hall?s first ever Trans Pride. Let?s make history together! Trans Pride is a celebration and a protest that centres trans+ people. We welcome allies who shout for trans rights as loud as we do. Think of it as your warm up for the main event... Come and get creative (from 5pm-7pm) making your banners and placards for the demo, check out a range of stalls, catch some incredible live performances, make new friends, and dance til the early hours (1am)! Building entrance is fully wheelchair accessible with a small ramp at the main entrance which is on a gradual hill, no further steps inside. Please email us if you would like assistance upon your arrival. ? Accessible gender neutral toilets available, off the foyer. The doors are wide enough for an electric wheelchair. A room for storing mobility aids is available. ? Guests will be mostly standing but there is a variety of comfortable seating available. The room has chairs with supported backs and lots of tables. Please email us if you need to reserve a space to sit. ? There is a bar inside the main venue space with non alcoholic options. ? There will be loud music and coloured/flashing lights throughout the night. There is easy access to an outside space to the right of the stage if you need a breather. ? We ask that you test for covid before attending if you are experiencing any symptoms. Masks are very welcome. ?
