Multi-million selling German-born Turkish pop singer-songwriter Tarkan Tevetoğlu has scored no.1 hits in Turkey, Belgium and Russia.
His 1999 debut single Şımarık (and its English version, "Kiss Kiss" which was later covered by Australian actress Holly Valance in 2002) reached the Top 10 in Germany, France and Switzerland and gave him a Top 30 hit in the USA.
