Comic Strip Presents all day film festival with Peter Richardson and Nigel Planer
elebrating the 40th Anniversary of the ground-breaking classic comedy series, Nigel and Peter share insider anecdotes, favourite clips and full footage compiled by Peter of the game-changing TV series.
After debuting on the opening night of Channel 4 in November 1982, another 8 seasons and 4 features films were aired between then and 2016, making household names of its core stars, and attracting cameo appearances by a dazzling array of music, theatre and comedy A-Listers, among them Jeff Beck, Kathy Burke, Kate Bush, Robbie Coltrane, Sir Lenny Henry, Sir Brian May, Sir Paul McCartney, Maxine Peake, Ruby Wax and Benjamin Zephaniah.
Join Peter and Nigel as they celebrate the legacy of this great comedy institution. There will be Q & As hosted by Robin Ince.
